Ruthie Lee enjoyed watching the Houston Astros, Dallas Cowboys, and the LSU women’s basketball team. She also found joy in cooking and solving puzzle books. Most importantly, she loved God and her family and was a faithful member of Colmesneil Church of Christ.

Ruthie is survived by her husband of 56 years, Jimmy Crews of Colmesneil; son, Jim Crews of Colmesneil; sisters, Ruby Singleton of Montgomery and Stella Walker of Lumberton; grandchildren, Katie Scalise of Colmesneil and Jose Ruiz of Palestine.

Officiating the services will be Dan Henderson. Pallbearers for the occasion will be Cody Walsh, Scott Eddins, Micah Crews, Wyatt Walsh, Charles Buenger, and James Broussard.
