Kelley Holdren took the initial steps in her professional journey by working as a Staff Nurse at the University of Chicago Hospitals, dedicating two years from 1998 to 2000. Subsequently, a noteworthy eight-year tenure as a Flight Nurse at AeroCare, Inc., unfolded from 2009 to July 2017.

After her time away, Kelley Holdren went back to the University of Chicago Hospitals, where she worked as a Staff Nurse for four years and a month, starting in June 2000 and ending in June 2004.
